The certificate of participation will be collected when registering on site.

Attendee Registration (参会注册费用标准)

论文版面费 金额 备注
论文版面费和会议注册费 3000元/篇

不少于5页，超过8页的每页加收100元。
学生论文版面费和会议注册费 2500元/篇

第一作者为学生且学生参会，需出示学生证明；学生注册费不含会议礼品。
多篇文章版面费 1500元/篇

同一作者提交多篇文章的，除第一篇文章外每篇文章收取会议版面费1500元。
多人参会 2500元/人

同一篇文章多位作者参会的，一位作者正常注册，其余作者按无论文参会收取会议注册费2500元/人。
无论文参会者注册 2500元/人

Tips（说明）:

1. The fee given in the form is the actual amount received by us, please pay the additional fee yourself when remittance.（表中所列费用为我方实际收到的金额，汇款时请自行支付额外费用。）
2. If the payer makes mistakes during the payment process, the additional costs will be borne by the payer.（付款人在支付过程中发生错误的，所增加的费用由付款人承担。）

  • 请在您银行收据上引用您的 论文ID 以及关键词 QR2MSE2023，并扫描（或拍照）一份发送至会议邮箱icqrms@uestc.edu.cn。
  • 若论文第一作者为在校学生且将注册参会，则可享受学生注册优惠，请将学生在校证明及注册表一并发送到会议邮箱。
  • 会议注册费发票会后邮寄、参会证明会议期间领取。
  • 请转账作者务必于转账后将转账回执（拍照）发至会议邮箱（注明文章编号）。

Notes: Please quote your manuscript ID and send a scanned copy together with the Registration Form to us by email at icqrms@uestc.edu.cn or bring your bank receipt to us on-site. It’s appreciate that your bank receipt not include any postscript. If it is necessary, please don’t mention any information about the ”registration fee”. Thank you.
